As a painter, Body painting is a way for me to have complete detachment from my final piece.  Unlike working on a two dimensional surface, body painting moves throughout a space, curves around surfaces and comes to life before your eyes. Once I've gone through the process of painting, it's out of my hands and it becomes the model's art- just as much as it is my own.
